“I will give you rest…” —Jesus

In Christian circles, we are often encouraged to serve tirelessly, give more, sacrifice, and never complain or show the pain of hidden realities- unless our story can minister to another.

At a Re.Group Retreat, it’s primarily you and God.

Nothing is required of you.

Let go of your notion of what is expected at a retreat. You won’t find it with us. We deliberately depart from the usual components as an opportunity to turn to God differently, under the skill and care of retreat leaders.

If you need rest with The One who calls you His beloved, this retreat is for you!

About Re.Group Retreat

Why the name Re.Group?

We saw a need to address the tensions Christian women face spiritually, emotionally, and mentally.

When attempting to name what is needed, every remedy we thought of began with the letters re.

We sensed God asking us to Re.Group women through retreats and events.

How do we Re.Group?

We all have times in life when we need to regroup.

Our Re.Group Retreats allow Christian women to do just that—regroup through spiritual practices and thoughtful examination while surrounded by extravagant support and beauty.

We can’t always control the events and circumstances of life. But we can release, repair, and reset. This is how God intelligently created us! We combine restorative Christian practices with focused attention to the body, soul, and spirit connection to resolve persistent mental, emotional, and spiritual stress. This is the gift of these retreats. With this unique combination, you will return home changed with deep healing and skilled with the ability to regroup on your own accord.

If you are a Christian woman looking for solitude and new spiritual practices or having trouble resetting because of your current circumstances, past experiences, trauma, or struggles, let us tend to those with you as you begin to repair.

Retreat leader teams combine their diverse skills, training, and expertise to lead retreats and events that care for your body, soul, and spirit.

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.” Matthew 22:37

What to expect

We specialize in providing a quality experience in every facet of your time spent retreating.

Teaching

Deepen your relationship with God through consenting to ordinary activities. Understand and dismantle emotional programming and address them where they are stored – in the body. Learn the power of a sound mind and how to build peace into your thoughts.

Processes and Practices

Creative Processes and Spiritual Practices throughout the retreat will not only bring restoration and refreshment but you will also gain new tools to apply to your life going forward.

A Unique Experience

You will notice contrast as we guide and lead you to release, repair, and reset. We purposefully weave the slower rhythms of ancient spiritual practices, with the intensity of mind-engaging teachings and activities that activate your body, soul, and spirit.

Care and Prayer

Supportive retreat leaders interact, listen, and spend time with retreatants. Leaders may need some solitude too, but they are there to journey with you. Know that you will be covered in prayer from the time you register and after you return home. Expect something extraordinary from your retreat.

Solitude

Time is set aside for each woman to experience solitude and uninterrupted time with God. You will be sent away with guidance and suggestions on how to spend your time.

Accommodations

We choose accommodations that help you relax and focus. Some places have single rooms but expect to share a room with another woman or two when necessary.

Make it your own

Nothing is required. Your retreat experience begins with you and God alone. It doesn’t have to move outward, but it can when you desire and allow. Our primary goal is for you to connect with God and bring yourself and your longings to Him. This is how you will release, repair, and reset.
